This project transforms the site into a carefully curated residential community, combining nine contemporary townhouses with the adaptive reuse of an existing farm building into 18 luxury duplex apartments.
The architectural vision balances preservation and modern design. The historic farm structure is reimagined into refined duplex residences, where original character meets contemporary Scandinavian architecture. In parallel, the newly built townhouses introduce clean lines, natural materials, and efficient, light-filled layouts tailored for modern living.
