Located in Fridhem, one of Malmö’s most distinguished residential neighbourhoods, this project reimagines a traditional Swedish villa through a contemporary architectural approach, respecting its original character while introducing modern extensions and refined living spaces.
The design combines the villa’s distinctive red-tiled roof and traditional proportions with clean architectural lines, expansive glazing, and a carefully balanced palette of natural timber and white façades.
Generous living spaces connect seamlessly with outdoor terraces, a swimming pool, and landscaped gardens, creating an elegant indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Inside, bespoke joinery, a sophisticated home bar, and a private bedroom suite with a walk-in wardrobe reflect a focus on comfort, functionality, and understated luxury.
The result is a thoughtful architectural transformation that celebrates Fridhem’s established residential character while introducing a fresh expression of contemporary Scandinavian living.
