Villa Björnen

This project is a modern Scandinavian two-storey house designed to adapt to the natural slope of the terrain. The ground floor is partially set into the landscape as a souterrain level, allowing the building to follow the site while maintaining strong connections to the garden and outdoor spaces.

The architecture is defined by clean lines, large openings, and a simple, functional layout. The façade is clad in dark, burnt wood, creating a strong yet natural expression that contrasts with the surrounding greenery.

Natural materials, generous glazing, and open living spaces reflect key principles of modern Nordic architecture, emphasizing light, simplicity, and a close relationship with nature.
